El Consejo Europeo del Comercio y la Reparación del Automóvil (CECRA), al cual pertenece CETRAA, ha publicado boletín de noticias:
The European Commission has launched on October 12th a public consultation on the Evaluation of the EC Motor Vehicle Block Exemption Regulation (MVBER) N° 461/2010. The public consultation will remain open till January 25th 2021.
As you know, the EC exemption for certain agreements and practices in the automotive sector will expire on May 31st 2023. The European Commission will evaluate whether the exemption of certain agreements and practices in the automotive sector is still effective, efficient and consistent with other EU and national rules. This important dossier will intensively be discussed by CECRA's Working Group 'Franchising'. In the meantime, a mail has been addressed to all members asking to receive their suggestions.
In these past months, CECRA has partnered with the main European Association in the automotive sector on a number of important position papers that outlined the serious concerns of the sector and the urgent actions to be taken at European political level to avoid major disruption of companies, from big to SMEs and to protect millions of jobs;
